The SpinIT Project held its 2nd Workshop on December 5th and it was a huge success! 🎉 We gathered key stakeholders from government, business, academia, and civil society to discuss and prioritize ideas for the future of local digitalization and skill development. 🌍

✔️ Brainstorming and collecting innovative ideas for local pilot projects
✔️ Prioritizing projects based on local relevance and impact
✔️ Group discussions to map stakeholder needs

💡 Top Pilot Projects Identified:

🔹 Tailored Cross-Sectoral Mentorship & Training Platform for university students
🔹 Sustainable energy transition initiatives

🌟 Participants loved the structured brainstorming process, which ensured equal input from all attendees, and the dot-voting session that highlighted collective priorities. Key areas like digitalization, innovation funding, and skill development stood out as focus points.
