Itβs time to move from ideas to actionable plans! π Weβre excited to share the outcomes of our third workshop, where we focused on turning our prioritized projects into concrete plans that will drive innovation and make a real impact in the Danube Region.
π What We Did: In this workshop, we collaborated with a diverse group of stakeholders from government, Business, Academia and Civil Society to shape the future of local innovation. Hereβs what we achieved:
πΉ Built Scenarios & Instruments: We collaborated to design practical strategies for implementing 3-5 priority projects.
πΉ Defined Roles & Resources: We identified key players and essential resources for success.
πΉ Set Goals & Impact: Together, we defined clear objectives and expected outcomes for local innovation projects.

During the workshop, we focused on refining and developing the following pilot projects, which are set to transform the local landscape: Digital Skills Training for SMEs π»
π― Objective: Empower SMEs with essential digital competencies to help them thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Tailored Cross-Sectoral Mentorship & Training for University Students π
π― Objective: Equip students with the necessary skills for EU project management, policy development, and cross-sector collaboration.
π± Expected Impact: This initiative aims to increase employability and create a skilled workforce capable of driving innovation and policy in the EU sector. Sustainable Energy Transition Initiatives π
π― Objective: Promote renewable energy adoption and reduce carbon emissions.
π± Expected Impact: This project will contribute to a more sustainable and eco-friendly local community by encouraging the transition to clean energy sources.
